PALAZZO DEGLI OLIVI is an old baroque building with Art Nouveau elements, located in the heart of the monumental area of Modica Bassa.

Inside are the beautiful apartments: ARCHES AND BALCONI, THE TERRACE OF GELSOMINI, LOFT LA ROCCIA, the mini apartment EUFORBIA and the studio LA TERRAZZA SU MODICA.

The building enjoys a pleasant and quiet location, overlooking three small streets but only 50 meters from the main street full of life, various shops, cafes, restaurants and more.

The apartments, with independent entrances and bathrooms, can be connected to each other. So you can live the PALAZZO DEGLI OLIVI both as a single dwelling for sixteen people with five balconies and two terraces, and as five independent units (for five, four, three, two and two people).
