The studio has an independent entrance that leads to a room furnished with great care, used as a bedroom and dining area with kitchenette. From here there is a panoramic terrace with inside the main kitchen in masonry well equipped, to have the pleasure of cooking and then have breakfast, lunch and dinner outdoors, or simply to relax and sunbathe.
The studio is equipped with: air conditioning, heating, internet wi-fi, LCD TV, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, ceiling fan ...
The mattress, pillows and bedding are of excellent quality.
The bathroom has a bathtub.
Final cleaning, internet wi-fi, gas, water, electricity, air conditioning and heating are included in the price of the apartment.
It is possible to park free of charge at about 200 meters from the house.
Guest Access
The entire space is exclusively for the guests' use. I will be available to guests for any information and advice during their stay.
Other Things to Note
I will provide my guests with recommendations on what to do and see in Modica and the surrounding areas. I will also send a map with all the information on how to get to the apartment.
